Soroptimist International of Santa Ana Tustin

Our service club is part of an international volunteer service organization made up of over 1300 in 20 countries and territories. Founded in 1921 by 80 women in Oakland, California, the club is made up of business and professional women at all stages of life trying to make a difference for women on both a local and global level. The name “Soroptimist” itself means “ best for women” from two Latin words— “soror” and “optimia”. The Santa Ana-Tustin club has been in continuous service since 1947.   lydLive Your Dream Online Community is an online volunteer and activist network offering flexible action opportunities to improve the lives of women and girls. They provide advocacy and action opportunities to spread awareness about causes such as access to education, empowering girls, and ending violence against women. This was developed by Soroptimist International of America.

The winner of our Broadway in the Park Drawing was announced July 28, 2016.  Congratulations to Rose Kyger! Thank you to everyone who participated in the fundraiser to help the women and girls in our community.
